She is amazing! So thankful for her and her care!

Heather and the assistant that comes in with her are both very nice. 2 of the docs who have seen me from there were not at all. They were arrogant. I worked for doctors for 30 + years. I honestly was shocked with the attitude toward a patient, and both were the first and only time I saw either one . We were taught to be kind and appreciative of the patients we saw. I am concerned about the problem on my scalp and hope it eventually will heal. Thank you for asking.

Dr. Brown and Heather Janes are great. I have had nothing but positive experiences there and they took care of my problem and Treat me with respect.

In a hurry, dismissive if patient concerns, un willing to look at photos of condition or hear how my condition came to be. Just made the decision,Oh you are just allergic to something without knowing back story. She was told my primary care doctor requested I see a dermatologist because of this problem. Finally she said ok we will do biopsy and it will take two weeks. We will let you know one way or the other. Nothing about what she thought or what it might be. Nothing other than as she was leaving basic instructions on biopsy site. Keep clean, put cream on and a bandage a couple of times a day. I asked about the other hand which had raw spots some scabbing and spots returning, extreme itching, the worst hand by far and was not healing! Her answer was to just keep doing whatever you're doing. Which a blind man could see wasn't working which is why I was here asking for help. What sense does it make to keep doing it if wrong? Heather Janes is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I have seen her twice and both times she has listened to what I have to say and checked the spots on my body that I had questions about. She also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and she put me at ease when she talked to me about my skin condition. I am very thankful that she is my dermatologist.
