Dr. Maggiolino was very pleasant and professional. The entire experience was quick, easy and I got the help I needed. My appointment could not have gone any better and would highly recommend to all.

Wonderful incredibly friendly doctor and nurse. Had to wait a little longer than I would have liked to be seen, and the examination rooms were painfully warm. However, that doesn't sour my experience with the staff who were all lovely.

Very kind with thorough explanation. Very kind, did not seem rushed and took time with me. Arranged for me to be able to have my needed procedure that same day. ( I drive 30 minutes to get to their office) Only comment for improvement is the assistant should wear a name tag and her role. Was she an RN, med tech, LPN?

I appreciated that you had the chairs in the waiting room far apart from each other. Also, that I didn't have to wait very long there. And that everyone was pleasant and helpful. And that my precancerous spots were removed.

I felt sorry for the very busy but pleasant young lady at the front desk. She was working very fast & hard to get all of the waiting patients to electronically sign papers and answer a bunch of questions on the ipads. The young folks, of course, seemed to whip through the process quickly, but me and other older folks took a lot longer to fill it all out. The front desk young lady answered my questions and she did it all with a smile!

Very good process. In the past the wait times in the waiting area were a bit long as things were running behind schedule. This time that was only about 15 minutes which I am fine with. Of course the most important thing is to not rush through patients just to stay on schedule.
