Forefront Dermatology
I was very impressed that the doctor took time to engage in a conversation with my daughter to help her feel comfortable before moving into discussing the reason for the visit or examination. Those few minutes made the rest of the appointment more pleasant. I also appreciated that he included her in the discussion regarding her condition. Many other providers we have seen have dismissed her and her thoughts/opinions. I am glad she is learning to advocate for her needs. I left feeling confident in the treatment plan that was set up. I felt like we were valued and not just another set of people through the door. Both the doctor and the nurse showed an interest in not just fixing the problem but preventing it from occurring again. The doctor explained his reasoning for which medications he was prescribing which was nice as well. It was a very positive experience.

I felt confident about the exam, but things seemed rushed during this visit compared to previous visits and treatment. I thought the nurse asked confusing questions as to why I was there. This was to be a full body scan so I shouldn't have been asked about his checking waist up. I told the nurse I always had my legs and feet/toes checked. I know they were busy and behind on scheduled appointments so maybe it was a "catch up" issue.

communicated well, non-threatening approach.
