Everyone was very nice. Dr. was a bit too fast. I also thought I would get a summary of the visit but didn't.

Just letting you I only had very slight pain after the biopsy. I could not get over how fast the biopsy was. I hardly felt the needles the doctor had to inject at the biopsy site. I guess the gel they use before the needles helped. The doctor was thorough checking for anything that might be suspicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. I have only seen him two times, but I am very satisfied. He did a scrape biopsy for the mole on my back. The only thing I would like to mention is that when I got the band-aid he recommended, it looked bigger on the box. You can't tell where the middle part is. The reason I got it was because I will have a hard time putting it on because of the location and you can keep it on longer than a regular band-aid. I hope my friend put it on right. I think she did. It has certain properties as I never used it before. I just hope when I remove it that it doesn't stick. I wish he would have given me one and explained how to use it. The whole surface looked the same and was a little sticky. It does something to absorb and that is why it looks that way. It was the only kind of band-aid like that in the store. I don't know I would recommend it if you had a bigger sore. The bandage is small even though the picture looks bigger. But since this is the first time using it, I might change my mind when I take it off. Overall, I had a good experience. I will find out more when the results come in.

This was the first time I had any sort of dermatology-related procedure, (mole removal), needless to say I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Mirvish was very knowledgeable, to the point, friendly, and put me at ease. The procedure itself was mind-blowingly easy. He numbed the skin, removed the moles, bandaged them, and I was out the door. I didn't feel a thing. I spent my entire life insecure about those moles and was too scared to see a dermatologist, and he lifted that insecurity in 5 minutes. I wish I'd done it 15 years ago. If you're on the fence about coming here, just make the call!
