The central scheduling receptionist was authoritative, impatient and somewhat demeaning when I called to schedule an excision of a growth, reminding me that the doctor would evaluate the need to excise. There are many ways to explain the same information but she was insulting. The web site was not easy to use to schedule, thus the phone call. My initial attempt showed a long wait, so I left a call back number. They never called back so I called again later in the day.

The Doctor was wonderful. She took time to explain my condition carefully. She sent paperwork home so so could read it under my reader as I am legally blind. I. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Kleiman. I only had to sit about 3 minutes before I was called in and then Dr. Kleiman had already read my history. We went over everything. She seemed to be willing to stay with me as long as I needed and was very attentive and helpful. Good appointment!!
