Dr. Thaler is great! The problem is with their computer system. The check-in was very slow because the computer system was acting up. I felt sorry for the receptionist. She was doing everything she could, but she just had to wait for the computer to respond. It seemed to take about ten minutes plus a few phone calls.
Also, if you do not register online it has to be done in the office using a tablet type device which some patients were having trouble with, and would have to go to the recept

Extremely professional diligence exhibited throughout the process. From being greeted when we walked in, prior to and during a procedure I had done. Everything was thoroughly explained in detail. The nurse and doctor were both incredible.
