I have been to other dermatologists before, usually it's a 5 second conversation and the doc is out the door. Instead Dr. Thaler took her time, explained why I was losing my hair and then went on to explain the treatment plan and why it will help. Happy patient!

As usual, the people are there for their patients. I was treated with compassion and as promptly as could as a walk-in.

This was a followup from some minor surgery that was taking lots of time to almost heal. Dr. shared some hints & directions, which I have new confidence that healing will soon feel complete.
