I felt this PA was prompt and kind regarding my situation. However, after I explained to her some of my discomfort from a growth I found and my pain wasn’t really addressed any further after she referred me to see a surgeon. She left abruptly even the PA assistant was still asking her a question as she walked out of the room. Never was I given the chance to ask any further questions. It was disappointing as im not going to have to see further medical assistance at urgent care regarding my pain.

Promptly seen, provider remembered me and addressed all of my concerns. She knew my history and took preventative actions. I was treated respectfully with kindness and efficiency.
