Appointment on time, courteous, knowledgeable and informative doctor.

I’d do 0 if I could. My referral was submitted, they never called so I did. Made the appointment at least a month ago but when I get there today the MA has no idea why I’m there. “Are you here for a consult or are you looking for treatment?” She leaves, comes back and says since you never did these things your insurance won’t cover so you can pay in cash. Ok…but you had my insurance, you had all my forms because we are required to “pre-check in”. You couldn’t have mentioned that before I took the afternoon off and filled one of your appointment spots? It is absolutely impossible to speak with anyone local at these offices but I do get 20 texts and then this survey. If they didn’t have the derm market cornered in our area I’d never go back. I for sure will not go to this office.

Dr. Dave is so kind, great energy, attentive, and makes sure to address any and all concerns/questions without feeling rushed!!

Care and service was on time efficient and accomplished what I needed to on this visit. Dr Kuphal and his experience allow him to quickly scan and identify any skin issues that you might have.
