A Native of Maryland, Christine Hicks is a certified registered nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry prior to joining Forefront Dermatology in South Boston. As a provider, Christine genuinely cares for the health and wellbeing of her patients, making sure that each patient leaves an appointment feeling that she fully listened to them and addressed all concerns. Christine enjoys practicing in small rural communities, developing a bond with her patients, and ensuring patients have adequate access to dermatology services without having to drive long distances or wait weeks to be seen.

Christine specializes in skin cancer detection and treatment, management, and care for acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and more. Additionally, Christine provides biologic therapies.

In Christine’s free time she enjoys farming with her family, gardening, and camping.
