Cheyenne Hornback-Hilgenberg, MD

Cheyenne Hornback-Hilgenberg, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon specializing in skin cancer management and complex surgical reconstruction. An Oklahoma native, she is honored to return home and provide expert, compassionate care to patients and families throughout the state. 

Dr. Hornback earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Nazarene University on a track and field scholarship, where she competed in the 100-meter and 400-meter hurdles, sprint relays, and heptathlon. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Vermont before pursuing advanced fellowship training in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. 

With specialized training in Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstructive techniques, Dr. Hornback is dedicated to providing individualized care tailored to each patient's unique needs. She takes the time to listen, educate, and develop thoughtful treatment plans that prioritize both excellent medical outcomes and the best possible quality of life. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Hornback enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family. She is grateful for the opportunity to bring her specialized expertise back to Oklahoma and serve the communities that have always held a special place in her heart.
