Carla Solomon is a dedicated and compassionate certified physician assistant at Forefront Dermatology practices in Libertyville and Gurnee, IL. Additionally, she was born and raised in the Chicagoland area.

Carla attended University of IL in Chicago receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Carla worked as a dietitian for a couple of years after undergrad then continued to receive her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. With her surgery, cosmetics, and dermatology experience since 2021, Carla has been a great asset to our team. We look forward to her continued growth within the practice.

The PA is nice, but as a medical professional, she should take the time to sit down and have a proper conversation with us rather than standing and appearing rushed. We arrived early and waited for about 20 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 minutes in the examination room, only to have a consultation that lasted less than 10 minutes for a simple prescription refill.
