Brooklyn Rae Fort, NP-C

Brooklyn is a board certified nurse practitioner with over four years of experience in dermatology. She obtained a bachelors of science in nursing degree followed by a doctor of nursing practice degree at Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS. She embodies an energetic and passionate approach to skin care and enjoys taking care of patients across the lifespan. She enjoys connecting with patients and creating a meaningful impact to their overall skin health.

Outside of work Brooklyn enjoys travel, attending sporting events and concerts, golf and any outdoor activity with her husband and dog, Alfie.
