The girl with the blonde hair and glasses at check in was so incredibly rude! So much so that I did speak to the nurse about her! My appointment was at 12:20 and I got called back at 1:10. I sat in the room waiting for the Dr. until 1:35! I left the room about 1:50 and check out took forever too! That girl was new too. Idk what’s going on there but the staff changes they’ve made are horrible. If you don’t like dealing with the public, then maybe you should find another job behind the scenes. But Bella, my Dr.’s nurse was an absolute sweetheart!! That was the only positive thing from my appointment. These people are the faces of your business and being rude to your patients is not professional and will cause the business to loose money going elsewhere!

When Brooke Norris discovered pre cancer cells on my face during a checkup - I was very concerned and looked to her for guidance. That was in November . Today- I feel more confident than I have in years. My skin has improved tremendously and I couldnt be happier with the results . Blue Light Therapy is an incredible option. Highly recommend!! Ask for Brooke. She’s been my provider for years at Forefront Dermatology! I’m now on a night moisturizer and daytime sunscreen moisturizer that is amazing!!! And it’s very affordable! I’m a Happy Patient !!
