Excellent encounter. Everyone professional. Explained procedure. Dr personable and efficient.
1) offered SNACKS!
2) heater in the room (warned to wear sweater, room still cold)
3). The BEST positive is the dressing. I have to leave it in place for a week. They use skin-colored tape! Makes a huge difference. The dressing is compact and secure. The nurse assistant made sure the dressing supports the skin for best healing. Very impressed.
