I was a new patient. I was given clear directions to enroll in the portal. The young lady was supportive. The assistant guided me to the room, reviewed my reason for the appointment, and summoned the Healthcare provider, Aubrey Pugh. Ms.Pugh evaluated the area, explained and completed the procedure.

Dr. Pugh was very professional. She listened to our concerns and was able to give us step by step instructions to help clear our outbreaks. Not recommending over priced products but common sense knowledge. I have had several appointments with this group. Personal and with the grandkids with their different occurrences. Their staff is top notch.

Aubrey is a very thorough, approachable NP. She listened to all my concerns and was ready to treat my skincare issues. She also had really helpful, honest advice about certain treatments. I highly recommend her! She's a very good practitioner. Five stars!!! Also, I got right in with little wait time. The receptionist at Hailey Derm is very helpful and sweet.
