- Visits with Dr. Bailey Tayebi
- Cosmetic Visits (including Botox + Filler) or complete the cosmetic appointment request form
- Injections (including Xolair)
- Accutane
- XTRAC Laser Procedure
- Stitch/suture removal
- Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT)
If you are in need of an injection, please call the office to schedule to ensure the medication is approved and available by your appointment.
