Was frustrating trying to find out whether or not the blood test results were faxed back to the office. I called the hospital where the tests were taken. They said the results were faxed and faxed again after my call. I called Affiliated Dermatologists to say the results were faxed. I nurse I spoke with said she could not tell whether or not results were in the office, received, or just not entered into the system. If they were faxed to 920.682.4966, she said it would take 24 hours to get in the system and couldn't give a time as to when or if doctor would be able to see the results or when she would be able to prescribe the medication I've been waiting for. It made it sound like if the results were faxed to an alternate number, the results would be seen quicker. I believe you're not open Fridays, so now that means waiting until next week to even know if there's a possibility that I can take the medication. As a patient, it just helps to know time frames and if there are alternatives to getting a result more quickly. I'm coming from the perspective that the Prednisone is a bridge that I'm already tapering down on which means my skin is going to be horrible again before I even can get the new meds in my system, if I'm able to take it. That's my feedback. :)

It was a quick and easy process to get an appointment. Doctor Garvey and staff were VERY nice and professional. I have not had a follow up yet, but I would imagine that experience will be just as good. I would highly recommend this team to anyone
