I can see my patients improve over time and can observe the resulting boost in their self-confidence and their self-esteem. To be able to have such a big impact on the lives of my patients is incredibly heartwarming.

I would recommend Dr. Millet to anyone. He has always been spot on with his diagnoses and I have some truly obnoxious skin issues. He also has a great sense of humor which is always a plus! Further, I changed my insurance last season, not realizing that this practice doesn't take my new policy and I like him so much, I pay out of pocket.

Really liked Dr Millett
Forefront Dermatology
Dr Millet was very knowledgeable and asked if anything he could help with other than what I was there for. We talked about my husbands eczema and he gave me some samples for him to try. Great doctor.

Routine check-up. First time meeting Dr. Millett. Friendly, very approachable and thorough in answering all my questions. Quick and efficient but did not feel at all rushed. Don't like driving up from Fredericksburg on I-95 but our relationship with the practice goes back many years and it has been excellent. This refers mostly to my spouse, Tim Tarzier, who has had 8 MOHS with Dr. Steve and twice yearly visits to Dr. Fran. Busy place but not a problem.

He was very polite and answered all my questions.

This was my first visit to Forefront. The purpose of my visit was to determine if a few places on my skin were cancerous. Fortunately, they were not, just precancerous. Dr. Millett applied a freeze spray and mentioned the spots may blister and go away in a few weeks. I don't need to return for one year just for a check up for possible other skin issues. The office staff and nurses are very courteous. Dr. Millett has a good bedside manner, very thorough, and very professional. For a very scary appointment, thinking I might have skin cancer, the visit was a very pleasant experience and for me, my mind is at ease knowing no cancer.

On arrival, I was given 3 pieces of paper to read and sign in many places. Annoying. Keep it simple. If you want me to read and sign these, send it to me before hand so I can read them carefully and not just scan them due to time constraints.
