I love Dr Kate! I especially love the supporting staff. Everyone is so kind check in is fast and the office is organized. I had to stop by one afternoon to ask some questions about an upcoming procedure. There is a young lady named Sophia who is always the favorite part of the staff. One day she was leaving the parking lot when I pulled up …when I tried to open the door it was locked.., she saw me, stopped her car and rolled her window down to see what I needed. I explained to her I needed to change my appt time and couldn’t get direct answers from the main line which isn’t directly connected to the office . She wrote all of my concerns down in her phone and assured she would call me in the morning! She is a huge asset to this office. Went out of her way after a long days work to make sure I was taken care of. She cares and proves it. I have some difficult health issues I have doctors in 4 different states. And out of all the doctors and multiple appointments I have not ever seen a support staff member go above and beyond like Sophia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
