When you visit a doctor’s office, especially for the first time, you expect a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was dry and blunt, which made for a poor first impression. Dr. Meccia and her nurse were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk could use a warmer, more welcoming receptionist to improve the overall experience.

It was a super smooth, easy process. I never had to wait—when my appointment time came up, my name was called early or exactly on time. I also didn’t experience that long, lingering wait in the waiting room. On top of that, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Everyone was very kind, from the moment I walked through the front door. Lidia was the PA who did the skin check & pointed out any concerns. She made sure I was doing ok throughout the procedure and made sure all my questions were answered. I came in 20 min before my appointment & they called me in promptly. I was not left waiting in the exam room for long.
