This was my first experience with this type of procedure. Dr. Quest's practice is staffed with wonderful people. The nurse that prepped me and assisted with the excision explained things clearly and she, and Dr. Quest, both answered my questions. The procedure itself went smoothly and, even though the lidocaine is wearing off, with very little discomfort. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient.
