We enjoyed meeting the Doctor and her Nurse. Very professional and thorough. Did not ask us to come back every 6 weeks for no reason like so many seem to do.

Great visit. You need to add “don’t know yet because I haven’t had a chance to see how easy it is to get follow up info. So far excellent and I really liked Julie

I have not yet had the opportunity to use the patient portal, so I cannot give appropriate feedback there. I called the nurse late yesterday afternoon, so I am waiting for a return phone call hopefully during working hours today. I have not received a bill yet, so I do not know if the bill will be easy to read or how the ease of paying the bill will be. Paying the co-pay in office was easy enough. The office staff was great, speedy, and friendly. The nurse was nice, friendly, and efficient, and the nurse practitioner as well. I have a hard time remembering so, that is why I made the call to clarify the after care instructions. Maybe a printout of aftercare instructions could be an added addition to the visit along with a quick note about what the doctor said.

One minor glitch, I found myself waiting in the exam room thinking nurse would come back and give check-out instructions. I waited longer than expected. In need of a new bandage I stepped out and found another nurse to help.
