Long wait after I was escorted to a room. Then felt a little rushed once I was seen. Eventually able to get doctor to biopsy my mole. She was very nice after I slowed her down a bit. Assistant with her was very nice all the way through. I think the doctor was just a little behind that day and trying to catch up.

Dr.Winchell is great, personable. Answers questions.
