Dr. Heffernan is great but her staff is top tier. Dr. Heffernan worked with me to come up with a combination of prescriptions that actually helped improve my skin and provided me with samples of products so that while we figured out what combo worked for my skin I didnt have to buy new sunscreen/ moisturizers to test for compatibility. The med staff are excellent, when they noticed i was getting confused about which prescriptions I should use how often, a staffer wrote on a sticky note for me :). Truly above and beyond. I have a diagnosis, a solution, and confidence that this office will help me every step of the way.
