The scheduling process was convenient, and the online registration was simple and straightforward. Upon arriving at the office, the staff was both friendly and professional. Dr. Rama greeted me with a smile and was very friendly, listening to my concerns. Dr. Rama is professional and explained the plan of care in an easy-to-understand manner. The assistant, Maya, was pleasant and helpful.
