My visit to Forefront Dermatology was with Jake Wall. He and the staff were incredibly attentive and listened to me with caring and kindness that is quite rare in the medical industry of today’s world. I have had the greatest care from this office as well as the Mooresville office when I’m seen by Dr Natalie. No rushing and taking the time to respond to my concerns. So very happy with the care I have received over the past three years.

I liked him a lot. He seemed to know what he was doing, explained things so a layman would understand and reassured me when I had questions. I would recommend him. My mom also goes to this dermatologist. The only thing I would say as constructive criticism would be that he didn’t knock before entering the room either time. While I’m an open person and don’t really care, I was in a gown and had I still been changing, that could have been awkward. Otherwise, great visit. I had a skin check done and 3 moles removed; it was quick and painless.
