Lacey was my provider. She is great! But the receptionist seemed a little rude. She demanded a $50 copay even though I said they always bill me for that. She said they want copays paid right away for the last four years. I have been there numerous times in the last for years and this was the first time they would not bill me! It emptied my wallet, but I paid the $50 up front. I understand a change in rules but she could be a little more compassionate about it!!!!!
