It was a first is it for my husband and myself? We were able to get an appointment fairly quickly. We only waited about two weeks. We had to travel far for this appointment. And unfortunately had to bring our dog as well. Because we would be gone for way too long. The waiting room was full, but I soon realized that there were different doctors. The staff was friendly. The only suggestion would be, maybe they overbooked, and then they were running an hour or so behind, because there was some procedure that needed to be done. Which may or may not be able to be planned for when scheduling other than that. The doctor was great. We had a quick painless visit, and the staff was great. And we would definitely recommend Dr. Hines

Everyone in Dr. Hines office is a true professional. Michelle , Jodi , Alexis were 3 of the outstanding support personnel I was fortunate to interact with today . They are experienced in their areas & efficient . Dr. Hines , my dermatologist is one of the smartest persons I know in dealing with new findings to enhance skin care . I never mind waiting because when you get the best results it is totally worth the wait . Dr. Hines is one of the most caring doctors, I feel fortunate to be his patient & I trust him fully .

It was worth the very long wait - over an hour but Dr Burke is terrific. Solved my issues, whole body check, referral for cosmetics, prescription and good advice. Very professional and thorough.
