I actually was about to switch to a different dermatologist because I felt that my last two skin cancer exams were too superficial. (Different Dr.) Today’s exam with doctor Torres-Laboy made me change my mind and I will be happy to come back. It was thorough, comprehensive and well explained. I still would prefer to be examined on a table, (as my doctor in Charlotte did), instead of a chair, but I was still happy with the process. The assistant Kim was also very pleasant.

Great overall experience from check in to check out, but the exam with the doctor felt very rushed and no opportunity for discussion or explanations.

I LOVE these people. Everyone is incredibly nice but you definitely need more than nice in the medical world and these people are also incredibly knowledgeable and clear and have brought me some genuine comfort in a stressful time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Some confusion about who I was to see but really glad it was the new Dr. I liked her.The office was very busy but I didn’t have to wait to long .The girl that checked me out was very sweet. It is very nice to have someone to listen to you and help all your questions. I had questions about the new cosmetics. She got samples for me.
