My experience with the personnel at Forefront was very professional. However, trying to get hold of anyone in the office by phone was a nightmare. I called 2 days in a row and got a person each time who didn't know how to tell me the location of the clinic. Nor could I understand their accents.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit. The nurse for Dr. Lynott, Bailey was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Lynott was just as fantastic—attentive, thorough. It’s rare to find such a great team that prioritizes patient care so highly. Highly recommend!

I was feeling quite poorly on the day of my appointment; horrible headache and a stomach that was threatening revolt. So you know I would not have enjoyed sitting around. They took me back, triaged me, and I saw Sydnie in just a few minutes. It turns out that all of my concerns were related. She treated the one that was acting up and told me to return if it did not improve soon. I also asked about their non surgical cancer treatment for someone else and she explained it to me. It was a no fuss appointment. Everyone was nice, that includes the receptionist, and they quickly got me on my way home to feel better. I liked the visit even though I felt awful. Imagine how your visit would go if you were feeling well.

I was recently seen at Forefront Dermatology in Racine Wi. There were a few things that stood out that I felt were exceptional service. I was on my phone trying to verify my insurance and was waiting on hold for awhile for someone to answer. It was taking awhile so I put it on low volume speaker. Instead of speaking across the waiting room, the receptionist discretely came over and kindly whispered that I take my phone off speaker. I really appreciated that she didn’t embarrass me, but kindly reminded me of something I forgot to do. Also, I had made this appointment awhile back and thought it was for one thing, but actually was for something else. (I live a busy live and am a caretaker of a family member). The doctor came in and patiently explained when and why this appointment was scheduled. The treatments by the doctors and medical techs were done very well with minimal discomfort and the after procedure instructions were clearly and patiently explained by the doctor and a w
