I went to Forefront Dermatology to get a wart (or something of the sort) removed. I moved to the Racine area not long ago, so I was nervous to meet a different provider. However, all of the staff I encountered were super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Antonneau walked me through the process as she was removing the mark, and was super educational on after care instructions. I was in and out within 20mins, and didn't feel a thing during the biopsy! I will definitely be back for any future dermatology needs.

Dr Lynott is a very experienced and knowledgeable dermatologist. Very professional and pleasant to discuss and treat whatever needs and concerns I have. I am also very impressed by his knowledge in overall medicine and healthcare not necessarily related to dermatology.

Always on time,great service and they honest about skin care.They do not try to sell you products that really do not work Would not go anyplace else.Friendly,professional and they do not waste one's time.

Though Dr Lynott seems competent and knows what he is doing. The AI messages and inability for actual staff to answer questions about my bill is a huge drawback. I checked in at the front desk and after I sat down I received a message on my phone stating they needed more info from me to complete my registration- log in now. So I did. I got to the billing screen told me what I owed ( I had a billing plan set up) asked me how I wanted to pay, gave no option to continue with payment plan. So i went up to the lady I checked in from and asked her if I still had a payment plan. She said she doesn't do anything with billing and did not know. I expressed my frustration and sat down grumbling. To this she got up stormed through the door that leads to exam rooms slammed it behind her (it was open until then) A few minutes later she came back and and sat down. When I was in the exam room the nurse said, so your here for a followup on your neck.....I said I was under the understanding that I was here for a skin check to be sure I didnt have and further issues. she says well no that not what it is... That is what they told me 3 months ago. ( I wouldn't have come in for my neck had I known, as the sutures were fine I had no issues.) Anyway, then the dr comes in and see me says my neck looks fine.....Really?! At the end he mentions the computer system and tons of messages Forfront sends and he says it is just crazy and to just ignore them.....easy for him to say he wont be the one going to collection if I ignore the wrong message. So because of what he said I know that the receptionist went back to complain about me....I didnt really say anything bad I asked a simple question and because I said I was frustrated and didn't want my payment plan messed up - this was a reason for her to be mad.... WOW so sorry.

Immediate answers to my skin issues, pleasant assistant and doctor, no embarrassment, answered all my questions! Three days into treatment, my hands are no longer bleeding and itchy, I'm not afraid to show my hands or shake sometimes hand! THANK YOU!!!!!!
