My only complaint is the ridiculous parking payment method that then has the audacity to charge a service fee for a service that I didn’t want.

Everything was great but I wish they were able to tell me if certain things were covered by my insurance. Now I have to call my insurance and check and then make another appointment? Eh, as a busy mom that's too much of an ask right now.
