Dr. Alexander is an outstanding dermatologist who truly takes the time to listen to his patients and thoroughly evaluate their concerns. What I appreciate most about him is his treatment approach—it's effective as long as you're consistent and follow his recommendations. If a particular treatment isn't working, he doesn't waste time; he quickly reassesses and takes action to find a better solution. One thing that sets Dr. Alexander apart from many other dermatologists is his scheduling system. Unlike many practices where you may wait three to six months for an appointment, his office works hard to get patients seen sooner. During appointments, you can be added to a waitlist and will be notified if an earlier opening becomes available. I can personally attest to his dedication and proactive care. When others delayed treatment, Dr. Alexander was aggressive in addressing my condition and stayed on top of finding the right solution. The results were excellent, and I am very grateful for

Super nice staff. Was called back within minutes of arriving and checking in. Did not have to sit and wait forever to be seen. Dr. Erik heard my concerns and suggested a treatment plan. I was able to park right in front of the building. Overall very good experience.
