Dr. O'Bryan performed Mohs surgery on an extremely challenging area near my eye. Dr. O'Bryan did an exceptional job every step of the way - from initial consultation all the way through post-operative care & follow up. I was even given Dr. O'Bryan's personal cell phone number for after-hours emergencies after my surgery - which I felt was absolutely incredible. I believe that Dr. O'Bryan and his team are the gold standard for Mohs surgery: they are impeccably credentialled & capable (FACMS), extremely professional, very well organized & efficient, and they ultimately achieved the positive outcome that I was praying for. But above all, Dr. O'Bryan and his team are among the absolute kindest, most genuinely caring group of people that I ever met. I truly feel that I received the same level of compassionate care that they would have given to their own family members. Every single person I encountered throughout the process was willing to listen and fully address all of my questions & concerns without rushing me or being dismissive or condescending. The entire office is composed of kind human beings caring for their patients as human beings should be cared for. As simple as that may sound, this level of care is becoming exceedingly rare in the medical profession. Awesome. Needed to be seen right away. They didn't hesitate to get me in. Went in just to ask for appointment didn't leave until I was seen by doctor. Receptionist was so helpful. Doctor seen me and made me feel comfortable took away my stress over the issue.
