“Today was five stars”…. They have helped me in the past , but at that time I couldn’t help but feel that I wasn’t being heard. Today’s visit was good and everything I’ve been addressing has been looked at “in depth” and I feel we are both on the right track. Medications were changed and a referral has been sent to Neurology for a deeper look at one of my situations that has been going on for years now. Looking at my complete picture, I can’t see anything wrong with the care that they have given me.And ,I guess that documentations of all my past visits are leading them to understand the best treatment possible. Today everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand.
