The front desk people were very efficient and friendly. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to go in. The person taking me into the room did not acknowledge that I was 30 minutes past my appointment or apologize. I realize that appointments run over, but at the very least an apology should be forthcoming. My doctor was very thorough and caring, and I will continue to come to this practice.
