The staff are all so friendly and make you feel right at home. They are very thorough, will take time to answer your questions and provide such a wonderful experience! Update: I’m not going to change the stars on this review because I did have a good experience with the team members at this location. However, I’m 30 years old and this was my first time at the derm. I was unaware how insurance / the billing worked for this type of medical visit. Anytime I’ve gone to any practice they always tell me if I’m covered, any costs upfront and estimates. I’ve learned a big lesson that this visit was not prevention healthcare. Thus, not covered. So now I’m unexpectedly +$2000 in the hole. I probably would’ve waited on my mole removal if I knew this. I’m disappointed that the facility doesn’t take consideration on educating their patients on costs. I take responsibility on not knowing, but it’s still a frustrating situation. I’m not sure if I’ll be back here because these costs seem outrageous.
