Good service, once I was seen. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. Didn’t get seen by medical staff until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. There’s really no excuse for this.. and it’s not just this office. Almost every medical facility is this way. Hurry up and wait. And you better be on time, so you can wait for 45 minutes.

Having a Mohs' procedure for removal of a skin cancer is never enjoyable. However, Dr. Crawford and his excellent staff made it the best for me as they could. The staff is excellent, starting with greetings, registration, informed consent through surgery and beyond. One of them visited with me every 10 - 15 minutes while I waited through a 3 1/2 hour surgery to make sure I was okay. I had a very complicated procedure due to scarring from a previous surgery but Dr. Crawford very patiently used his expertise to resolve my issue with a nasty basal cell cancer. I thank him and his staff. Looking forward to continued skin monitoring for health "with them in my corner."
