I want each patient to feel as though I have listened to them and that I’m caring and compassionate. I try to understand how their condition affects them. Patients often tell me that I’m very thorough, which translates into taking the time needed to treat their condition.

I like Dr G's style. She clearly knows what she's doing of course. Not too wordy, I didn't feel uncomfortable about sharing my issue. She took care of the issue and Ivana followed up with info. Very good experience! I did want to check shoulders, but had to leave due to baby chicks at home. Staff was very understanding. Scheduled next appt. for shoulder check and refreeze of wart. Very comfortable experience.

Dr. Gershtenson was very caring and thorough. She did not sit in front of a computer and type but looked me in the eye when speaking with me. She asked very detailed questions and made sure she understood what I was trying to convey. I would highly recommend Dr. Gershtenson.

I have a long history of requiring treatment by dermatologists in various states over the last 30 years. Dr. Gertshenson is the most thorough, personal, and technically competent that I have had the privilege to be treated by. Explains everything as she exams and treats; and offers treatment options with pros/cons prior to treatment. Highly recommended. This is based on 12 years (and counting) experience with Dr. Gershtenson.
