John S. Pujals, MD, FAAD

Dr. John Pujals is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatopathologist with experience as both a diagnostician and practicing dermatologist. He earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College and completed his dermatology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam in Houston, Texas. In addition, Dr. Pujals completed a dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has been practicing with Forefront Dermatology since 2009. Outside of work, Dr. Pujals enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, attending car shows and spending time with family and their hairless Sphynx cat, Kimchi.

Working in the ever changing and expanding field of dermatology is so exciting and fascinating and it is so rewarding helping people with challenging skin problems. It’s very satisfying if I can help a patient feel better or improve his or her quality of life.
