Dr. Hines is extremely knowledgeable, through and professional. I appreciate his slightly conservative approach to teen acne and listens to the patient and parent to get the whole picture to formulate a treatment plan that best suits their needs. Doctor rapidly assessed and addressed my issues immediately. I’d recommend his services to anyone and am completely satisfied with his work. Received referral on Friday and was given an appointment on Tuesday morning- excellent. Reception and nurse were clearly having a bad day with very large volume of patients. Nothing more annoying than to go to check-in and be completely ignored for minutes by receptionist who is sitting right there doing data entry. I’ll chalk that up to her having a bad day and extremely high volume of patients as it took 15 minutes to do check-in data entry on iPad then 45 wait to be seen.
