The appointment making process is awful - a huge time waster and if I didn’t really appreciate and value the expertise of Gwen Gettleman...I would choose another dermatology office. The medical assistance making the next appointment time In the office - perfect and efficient. The phone process, whether followi cup on medical information, returning a call to a nurse, way too time consuming and in efficient. I do not feel this way about other doctor’s offices.

I am always treated with such respect. It is a hard thing to go in for a procedure.

Like this lady doctor very much. A sense of humor, easy to converse with. Much more accurate in diagnosis and providing medication help than the quack dermatologist I had been assigned to at Aurora.
