Sometimes going to the doctor is scary. So I try to set my patients at ease and make them comfortable. I want it to be more than just the healthcare aspect – I want patients to enjoy coming for a visit.

My only complaint about the office is that you are never seen anywhere near your appointment time. It is at minimum a twenty minute wait, but has been as much as fifty minutes after our appointment when we are seen. That is very aggravating to wait that long to be seen when for an appointment. We really like Amy and that is why we continue to come back.

The check in process is horrible. I get a phone call to confirm the appointment, then I get a text to do the same, then I get a check in text (which looks like the confirmation text). Who ever is designing the text messages needs to add clarity. Also once you confirm via the phone, the system should be able to take a person out of the text confirmation email.

I don't like the electronic check in and the keyboard should be disinfected after each patient.

I was not happy initially about having to do the check-in on my phone, however it was very easy and not a problem at all.
