Sometimes going to the doctor is scary. So I try to set my patients at ease and make them comfortable. I want it to be more than just the healthcare aspect – I want patients to enjoy coming for a visit.

The waiting room was nice. My name was called, I got in the room & she asked my birth date. She immediately realized I was NOT the patient on her paper. We got into the waiting room again, she said first name & last initial. I told that was also me but another women on the far side of the waiting room stood & went back with her. I was impressed on how professional it was handled. No information was shared at that point. Great job all around! When it was my turn, I'm joked about being the right person this time. LOL! Amee did an awesome job! I had a list as well, she double check each one I mentioned, just in case. Very pleased, no concerns at this time. Only contact back if anything changes.
