For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment.  Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.

Please note that Dr. Grekin will only see patients 1 year old or older at this time.

If you have an HMO plan, your insurance may require that you receive a referral from your primary care physician prior to your appointment at our office. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment if you do not follow the guidelines of your insurance. If you have questions about insurance, please call 734-455-6881 to schedule your appointment.
