Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.

For excisions, biopsies, and removals, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.

We do not accept Workers' Compensation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty.
