For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.
We do accept Care Credit—if you utilize this service and wish to make an appointment, please call 262-345-2898, Option 1.
If you are an established patient and would like to schedule an excision, filler, laser, and/or microneedling treatment, please select “Excision/Filler (Dr. Dietrich)” visit type. If you are a new patient wanting these services, this would require you to start with a Consultation (Cosmetic Only Visit Type) or Office Visit.
Cosmetic Only visit types would include cosmetic consultation, Botox, chemical peels, and PRP only.
If you are a current patient and would like to schedule a surgery or cosmetic appointment via phone, please call 262-345-2898, Option 1 or complete the cosmetic appointment request form.
