- Age-Based Restrictions: Minors (under 18) must have parental or legal guardian consent to
schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit
and, in some cases, subsequent visits to provide informed consent. - Accutane Visits: Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.
- HMO Plans: Individuals with HMO plans are typically required to call the clinic to schedule
appointments. - Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care
physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the
visit. - Surgical Procedures: For Mohs surgery, excisions, biopsies, and removals, please call the
clinic to schedule an appointment. - We do not accept Medicaid.
- We do not accept Workers’ Compensation.
